The ESKAF Statutes & Internal Regulations

The Statutes define ESKAF’s identity, purpose, and high-level governance—its organs, membership, and how decisions are made. The Internal Regulations provide the practical rules and procedures for day-to-day operation (elections, meetings, committees, documentation, and disciplinary processes).

Any African student residing in Eskişehir and aligned with ESKAF’s objectives may apply, subject to admission procedures in the Regulations.

The Regulations set nomination rules, eligibility, campaigning norms, and voting procedures. Results are ratified by the General Assembly.

Members may propose changes; the Legislative Committee reviews proposals; adoption requires the vote thresholds defined in the Statutes.
